Hostess / Tour Leader – Beverage Brand Promotion (Forlimpopoli)

We are looking for a Hostess / Tour Leader to promote a well‑known beverage brand at a popular venue in Forlimpopoli on 26 May 2026.

Video interview for selection: 15:00 on 7, 14, or 21 May (approx. 30 minutes). Candidates must be available for the video interview.

Shift: 19:00 – 22:30 – punctuality is essential.

Location: Forlimpopoli, Forlì Cesena, Italy. The venue name and address will be provided to the confirmed candidate.

The event will take place both inside and outside the venue.

Objectives

Increase consumption, build brand notoriety, and generate visibility.

Clients will scan a QR code to access an app where they discover the drink list. After ordering a drink, they will upload a photo of the cocktail in the app to receive a gadget.

Responsibilities

• Interact with venue staff: present at the start of the night, verify materials, and coordinate the evening’s schedule.
• Use and test the brand’s app to ensure proper functionality.
• Display the drink list on tables.
• Welcome clients, present the products and drink list, explain the activity mechanics, and encourage participation through engagement and gadget distribution.
• Photograph clients as they enjoy cocktails, scan QR codes, or use the app; also capture photos/video with clients for marketing.
• Compile a post‑event report: count gadgets distributed, drinks sold, provide attendance insights, and upload photos to the designated form.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a tour leader preferred.
• Responsible, professional, serious, reliable, organized, practical, dynamic, proactive, and enthusiastic.
• Friendly, social, sunny, and possessing excellent relational, communicative, and engagement skills.
• Committed to a positive attitude, a high level of dedication, and a plentiful smile.

Dress Code

• Provided: branded white blazer with blue lapel pin.
• Personal: clean, neutral white t‑shirt (no logos or text), classic denim jeans (no logos or rips), and clean white sneakers (no logos).
• Appearance standards: well‑trimmed hair and nails (no bright colors), subtle makeup, no visible facial piercings.
• If you wear prescription glasses, contact lenses are preferred during the event; otherwise, specify this when contacted for confirmation.
