We are seeking a Account Director to join a prestigious international hotel chain. Drive Business Growth:

  • Identify and secure new group and catering opportunities.

  • Maintain occupancy control through smart, same-day selling techniques.

Build Strong Relationships:

  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients through meetings, events, and industry networking.
  • Expand the client base by fostering strong community and industry connections.

Deliver Exceptional Service:

  • Guide clients through the sales process, from proposal to contract.
  • Work closely with event management teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Attend pre- and post-event meetings to gather insights and elevate future experiences.
  • Consistently exceed customer expectations and drive brand loyalty.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education & Experience:
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years in sales, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Skills That Set You Apart:
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the hospitality and event planning landscape.
  • Ability to think creatively and close deals with confidence.
