Your strategic impact
You will sell legal-tech to SMB firms in high rewarding sales cycles, running the full motion from demo to close, often in a single meeting with roughly a 50% first-meeting close rate. Your monthly target is clear: €16K in new ARR and 10 closed deals, with cycles that rarely run beyond 5-7 days. In a category experiencing serious momentum across Europe, your pipeline directly fuels the next stage of international growth.
The team you'll join
You are joining a tight, high-performing sales team of around eight, set to grow by at least three more Account Executives before year-end. The leadership group has worked together for over seven years, turnover is unusually low for SaaS, and the culture is amazing if you want to boost your sales career and skills. Standards are high, and people stay because the environment lets them keep growing.
What success looks like
In your first two months, reduced ramp targets let you absorb the product, the legal vocabulary, and the sales motion. By month six, expect to be consistently hitting monthly KPIs alongside the ~90% of the team who do. Within your first year, steady attainment builds the track record that opens the door to the mid-market segment.
How you'll develop
The clear path runs from SMB to mid-market Account Executive after roughly two years, built through internal promotion rather than external hiring. A structured sales academy, two-phase onboarding, and a genuine feedback culture mean you keep sharpening your craft, with around 15 days dedicated to learning the legal domain.
What you bring

- Minimum 1 year as a full-cycle Account Executive with genuine closing experience
- Experience selling within a SaaS company, ideally a scale-up
- A KPI and performance-driven mindset, comfortable in a fast sales culture
- Coachability and a fast-learning approach, adapting your pitch as the product evolves monthly
- Italian required

- Uncapped variable: €30,000 at target (€70,000 OTE)
