About the Role :

The Senior Twitch AE will manage a set list of Twitch Advertisers in Italy, supporting the growth of Twitch’s advertising revenue in the region. We seek a collaborative, client-focused, creative senior sales executive experienced in video media sales to agencies and direct clients. As a storyteller with a proven brand and creative track record, you will be integral to our growing sales team, providing tailored advertising solutions. You will represent Twitch Advertising’s goals and customer priorities, working with the Amazon Ads Sales team to ensure excellent client experiences, acting locally but thinking globally. Your role involves working with advertising partners at client and agency levels to expand Twitch’s market presence and revenue. This high-growth role requires visibility internally and externally to build momentum for the Twitch brand. You will be a Twitch expert, partnering with Amazon Ads to represent Twitch in the marketplace.

Key responsibilities :

  • Act as a Twitch ambassador, demonstrating expertise to clients, agencies, and internal partners at Amazon Ads
  • Grow ad revenue and aim to exceed goals through creative solutions
  • Work with existing and potential clients to identify needs and develop Twitch-centric ad sales solutions
  • Strive to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Prospect for new business opportunities
  • Manage advertiser pipeline and establish strategic relationships with senior client contacts
  • Collaborate with Amazon Ads sales teams to identify best practices and opportunities

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 10+ years’ experience in digital media sales, with at least 5 years in gaming or streaming platforms
  • Proven ability to develop and implement innovative, custom advertising solutions for major brands
  • Experience working with or for major gaming publishers, esports organizations, or streaming platforms
  • Experience in international markets and managing global accounts
  • Expertise in emerging streaming and gaming technologies (e.g., AR/VR, cloud gaming)
