We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Brescia team. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic consultant to our restaurant partners, using data‑driven insights and industry knowledge to lead their growth and strengthen our marketplace.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Account Management team. We oversee our restaurant brand relationships, acting as the primary link between Deliveroo and our partners in the Italian market to ensure mutual success and long‑term loyalty.
Here’s What Your Day‑to‑day Might Look Like:
- Strategic Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting partnerships and acting as a trusted consultant for their digital growth.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse portfolio performance, sharing data‑led insights with partners to improve operational metrics and consumer satisfaction.
- Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to improve financial performance and enhance the Consumer Value Proposition (CVP).
- Portfolio Strategy: Design and execute strategies to increase market share, financial health, and brand loyalty across your designated perimeter.
- P&L Oversight: Take ownership of your portfolio’s P&L, identifying commercial risks and proactively capturing new revenue opportunities.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
- Significant Account Management Experience: Proven experience in account management or sales, with a track record of building and maintaining long‑term professional relationships.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management and professional negotiation skills.
- Data‑Led Execution: Demonstrated experience using analytical tools and project management applications to guide best practices.
- Strategic Growth Mindset: The ability to translate data into actionable plans that impact market share and financial performance.
Nice to Have
- Industry Expertise: Experience within the Horeca, restaurant, or food market sectors.
- Global Collaboration: Fluency in English to enable effective collaboration with our global teams.
