For a multinational e-commerce company, we are looking for a New Account Manager Work location: MilanWe offer: permanent contract, Annual Salary (RAL) according to professional background, RAL 37/40K + PP
Working hours: 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with flexibility, 1 day of smart working.
Retribuzione annua: 34000€ - 40000€
esperienza
1 anno- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent written and verbal communication in Italian and English (minimum C1 level)
- Minimum of 12 months professional experience after graduation in Account Management, Product Marketing or Management Consulting
- Knowledge in MS Office programs (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Belonging to the protected categories art. 1 L.68/99

The objective of the New Account Manager is to prospect and qualify high potential merchants that deliver competitive selection, pricing, and availability. In addition to recruiting merchants, you will help them launch on company 's marketplace by ensuring that they master catalogue, pricing and other tools.
Key job responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect companies, approach them and initiate contact via cold calling and mailing
• Achieve the objectives of launching new businesses on website and support third-party sellers in growing their revenue
• Support companies in their launch on website educating them on the benefits to develop their business on
• Train sellers on the tools available in the management interface (Seller Central account) to ensure their autonomy
• Work with sellers on key Account Management levers (selection, conversion, international expansion, logistics and supply chain, promotions, advertising, brand management, etc.) to maximize their sales performance across all company Marketplaces in Europe
• Be proactive and develop new skills by managing cross- functional improvement projects, such as development of new tools/features or processes, in an international environment
