Job Description
Milano‑based Artist & Label Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of artists and labels, ensuring seamless execution of services and maintaining high partner satisfaction. Leveraging deep knowledge of Believe’s products and the music market, you will implement robust account‑management strategies to meet objectives and elevate our artists’ and labels’ careers.
Account Management
- Client education: keep clients informed on industry trends.
- Service pitching: present and integrate company services into client workflows.
- Business reviews: conduct regular strategic reviews to track growth and performance.
- Revenue growth: drive upsells, contract signings, and high‑value renewals.
Release Management
- Consultancy: provide expert guidance on release strategies, market positioning, and optimize label catalogs.
- Optimization: ensure audio releases are technically and creatively optimized for all platforms.
- Performance analytics: deliver detailed reporting and actionable insights.
Audience Development
- Cross‑functional collaboration: partner with Video Audience Development and Editorial Marketing teams.
- Strategic activation: execute audience growth levers and lead editorial pitching for key releases.
Risk Management
- Rights education: advise clients on complex legal and intellectual property topics.
- Conflict resolution: directly manage and resolve rights issues for top‑tier accounts.
Responsibilities
Execution of yearly role’s OKRs as defined with the manager.
Qualifications
- Passion for music business: knowledge of the artist landscape and a network within the music industry.
- Experience: previous experience in music distribution, sales, and high‑stakes negotiation.
- Analytical mindset: familiarity with release‑management software and Google Workspace applications is desirable.
- Communication: exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Languages: native‑level fluency in Italian and fluent in English.
