About the Company - MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductor products, including extensive marketing and sales network throughout the world; Americas, EMEA, APAC.



About the Role - We are looking for an Account Manager with at least 4 years experience in Semiconductor sales for the Italy region. Training will be provided.



Responsibilities -

  • Work with MCC distribution partner and customers to achieve design-win´s and increase account penetration.
  • Promote MCC as strategic partner with assigned customers.
  • Research and develop new customers and new business segments.
  • Develop account strategy and execute business plan.
  • Effectively handle of customers' issue.
  • Meet sales budget (booking/Billing).
  • Collect and summarize market intelligence information and provide feedback to the respective product team.
  • Work in a team regionally or globally to achieve assigned tasks and objectives.
  • Hold business review with customers and distribution Channel.



Education Background/ Major:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field


Experience (Must):

Minimum 4 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry.


Knowledge (Ideal):

Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and experience working with semiconductor products


Abilities/Qualities:

Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including negotiating contracts and closing deals

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Channel partners and identify new business opportunities

Availability for customer visits and occasional travel within the Europe region


Skills/Certifications:

  • Fluent in English and Italian with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
