Job Description


  • She/He’ll manage and develop sales and profitability in Construction market
  • Commercial responsibility area: Center – North Italy
  • She/He’ll report to a Sales Manager Material Science Italy
  • She/He’ll manage customer relationships, develop sales and profitability
  • She/He’ll ensure a direct, personal and competent consulting and service to the Customers, achieving their utmost satisfaction
  • She/He’ll report timely and accurately
  • She/He’ll learn and extensively use CRM tools (SalesForce) in daily work
  • She/He’ll support Market Survey & Analysis
  • She/He’ll monitor Competition activities


Requirements


  • Technical Degree in Chemistry / Engineering
  • 2-4 years working experience in the Construction industry, ideally in a Sales Distribution/Technical Service/R&D position.
  • Expertise in Paint Coating Market segment.
  • Commercial mindset
  • High self-motivation
  • High sense of Responsibility
  • Health & Safety oriented
  • Willingness to travel (min. 60% of working time)
  • Good communication skills
  • Languages: Italian (mother tongue) and English (good)
  • Good knowledge of main IT tools (MS Office)
