Job Description
- She/He’ll manage and develop sales and profitability in Construction market
- Commercial responsibility area: Center – North Italy
- She/He’ll report to a Sales Manager Material Science Italy
- She/He’ll manage customer relationships, develop sales and profitability
- She/He’ll ensure a direct, personal and competent consulting and service to the Customers, achieving their utmost satisfaction
- She/He’ll report timely and accurately
- She/He’ll learn and extensively use CRM tools (SalesForce) in daily work
- She/He’ll support Market Survey & Analysis
- She/He’ll monitor Competition activities
Requirements
- Technical Degree in Chemistry / Engineering
- 2-4 years working experience in the Construction industry, ideally in a Sales Distribution/Technical Service/R&D position.
- Expertise in Paint Coating Market segment.
- Commercial mindset
- High self-motivation
- High sense of Responsibility
- Health & Safety oriented
- Willingness to travel (min. 60% of working time)
- Good communication skills
- Languages: Italian (mother tongue) and English (good)
- Good knowledge of main IT tools (MS Office)
