As an Account Manager for the Italian market based in Milan, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant brands, acting as a trusted advisor to drive growth and optimize performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product) to deliver data-driven consultancy that enhances partner value and satisfaction. You will own contract terms, plan portfolio strategy, and monitor P&L to improve financial performance. This role combines relationship-building with strategic insight to scale the partner network and strengthen Deliveroo’s market position.

- Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands with a focus on building lasting relationships with the network
- Monitor and analyze performance, share insights with partners and identify opportunities to improve metrics and partner satisfaction
- Negotiate contract terms to align with company goals and partner mix to enhance supply quality and CVP
- Plan portfolio strategy to improve performance, financials and loyalty, impacting metrics and market share
- Control perimeter P&L, identifying opportunities and risks
- At least 3 years experience in account management or sales
- P&L knowledge and negotiation skills
- Experience creating long-term relationships
- Experience using tools and related project management applications to guide best practice
- Experience in Horeca/restaurants/food market would be a plus
