As Account Manager North West, you will be part of the SALES North-West team, contributing to manage and support resellers in order to increase our sell-out performance, drive cross‑selling initiatives across the Siemens portfolio, identify new business opportunities and scout new partners, coordinate sales activities within the reseller ecosystem and ensure alignment between stakeholders. Your day‑to‑day activities will include Sell Out execution, Ecosystem building, and close collaboration with Sales team to support the growth.

sell‑out performance across distributors and resellers, ensuring consistent growth and market penetration in the assigned territory
developing the reseller ecosystem, coordinating sales activities and strengthening partnerships to maximize business opportunities
working with internal sales teams, agents and key stakeholders to align strategies, drive cross‑selling initiatives and support overall business growth

Proven experience in sales within B2B industrial environments, ideally with exposure to distribution and reseller channels
Strong capability in driving sell-out performance and managing complex partner ecosystems
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple actors (resellers, agents, internal teams)
Preferred Requirements
Experience in the electrical distribution market or industrial automation
Track record in developing new business opportunities and scouting new partners
Strong cross-selling mindset and ability to promote multi-portfolio solutions

The Total Target Cash (Base + Variable) Pay Range for this position is €70.000–€85.000 annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills and qualifications.
