Account Manager – Perugia

Our Account Management team oversees our restaurant business brand relationships. As Deliveroo continues to grow, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants – aside from providing the best support, we are restaurant consultants who use data‑driven insight and industry knowledge to lead our partner restaurants' growth.

The role focuses on relationships with the network in the Italian market, working with internal departments (marketing, operations, product) to offer the best consultancy service to our top brands.

The Account Manager works within a passionate, dynamic group of team players, great at building relationships and fostering teamwork.

Location: Perugia. Report to the Regional Manager of the region.

Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of restaurant brands and building lasting relationships with the network.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance, sharing insights with partners and identifying opportunities to improve metrics and partner satisfaction.
  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions to increase supply quality and improve financial performance and consumer value proposition.
  • Planning portfolio strategy to increase performance, financials, and loyalty, impacting absolute metrics and relative metrics such as market share.
  • Controlling P&L, identifying opportunities and risks.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in account management or sales.
  • P&L knowledge and negotiation skills.
  • Experience creating long‑term relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience using tools and related project management applications to guide best practice.
  • Experience in the horeca, restaurants, or food market is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
