Account Manager – Turin
Leo Burnett is looking for a Account Manager for its Turin offices. You will be involved in the Account Team and will support them.
Overview
- You will work to support our international clients’ communication and marketing needs;
- Assisting in developing strategic and tactical plans to ensure client/agency goal achievement;
- Helping the client to identify the communication objectives and priorities;
- Gathering, organizing and analyzing key data - synthesizing for communication purposes;
- Writing and building clear, persuasive PowerPoint presentations and other communication material for a variety of audiences;
- Updating and maintaining status reports, spreadsheets and other tracking documents;
- Fostering and maintaining strong client and team relationships;
- Attending and participating internal and external meetings, updating the internal database with works, timing and costs;
- Co-ordinating the work of different departments inside the agency, with regard to time scheduled and fixed costs.
Responsibilities

- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and platforms;
- Proven relationship-building skills;
- A good knowledge of digital tools and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint);
- Persuasive presentation skills;
- Team worker, listening, verbal and written communication skills;
- Intercultural awareness and sensitivity;
- Passionate about great creative work and good creative judgement;
- Flexible and adaptable, curious, always seeking to learn from those around;
- A self‑starter who works independently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree;
- English and Italian spoken and written knowledge;
- French, German, Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic knowledge considered a plus;
- 3+ years agency account management experience in international coordination and global clients.
