Specifically, you will be responsible for:* Operational coordination of communication projects (editorial plans, campaigns, events, multichannel initiatives)* Activity planning, monitoring of deliverables, and management of approval flows* Client relationship management: needs gathering, brief definition, periodic updates, request management* Supervision of internal teams and alignment between the different actors involved in the project (content, creatives, media, tech)* Support in generating insights and preparing presentations and strategic materials for the client* Analysis of activity performance and preparation of reports**Are we looking for you?**Do you have a passion for topics such as:* Communication and project management* Client management and strategic consulting* Coordination of multidisciplinary teams* Operational planning and monitoringDo you have skills in:* Managing end-to-end projects in communication and marketing* Coordinating workflows, resources, and timelines in complex contexts* Effectively interacting with clients and internal/external stakeholders* Supporting the client with a strategic vision and a consultative attitude* Communicating fluently in English (C1 level)* Using project management tools (e.G., Microsoft Planner, Trello, Asana) and the Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)*This announcement is addressed to candidates of both sexes (L.903/77).
