To support our growth, we are looking for a Finance, Accounting & Controlling Specialist with
5-10+ years of experience in financial controlling and accounting, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven company.

accounting/financial processes and control systems to support strategic decisions. closely with the CEO and the leadership team to monitor KPIs, manage financial planning and budgeting, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.

 Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue recognition, churn and key SaaS metrics (e.g., Oversee cost control activities and support expense optimization initiatives.

 Manage invoicing, supplier payments and ensure timely processing of accounts payable/receivable.

 Oversee payroll activities in collaboration with external providers and ensure accurate payment of salaries and related contributions.

 Act as the primary liaison to collaborate with external accountants and consultants for tax and
Analyze cash flow and support treasury functions to ensure liquidity and risk management.

 Maintain accurate pricing data and integrate updates from distribution partners into systems

5-10 years of experience in accounting, controlling or financial roles in tech companies or startups.

 Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI) is a plus.

 Experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., Fatture in Cloud, QuickBooks, Xero or similar).

 Fluency in Italian and English.
