Account Strategist

As an influencer and content marketing agency, One Shot Group is looking for an Account Strategist — someone proactive, motivated, adaptable, and with a strong strategic mindset.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience generating large, complex campaigns in multiple industries: beauty, entertainment, retail/fashion, art, technology. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales, pre-planning and post-sale execution of a selection of clients
• Collaborate with the other areas to create influencer programs and campaign-based strategies that align with client goals.
• Serve as point of contact for a selection of clients with influencer marketing programs, leading calls and conversations.
• Serving as the liaison between operations, creative, and talent for campaign execution. Work closely with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure successful campaign execution
• Analyzing campaigns and communicating with agency and client teams to optimize

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience.
• Previous account management experience in influencer marketing or agency
• Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously, troubleshoot, and proactively seek and recommend solutions and opportunities.
• Adaptability to work with evolving client priorities and budgets in order to drive measurable success.
