ACCOUNTANT

Involved in the Finance team of the site, our Accountant ensures the proper performance of accounting activities in compliance with the timetables and in cooperation with other functions.

Responsibilities:

• Promotional invoices/YEB Customer debit notes check and posting/issuing
• Cash & corporate credit card administration and posting, monthly reconciliation
• Supervision and posting of all employees’ travel expenses reports (i.e LUL + Electronic archival)
• Support on month closing process, including FX impact
• Payroll accounting (posting + BS Reconciliation + Hypotax check + F24 and others)
• I/C invoices management, chargeback follow-up and monthly reconciliation
• Balance Sheet accounting check and reconciliation
• Support on other accounting and tax mandatory requirements
• Support on Internal/External Audit review
• Government and Public Agency statistics and metrics

Requirements:

• Fluency in English as a prerequisite
• Bachelor’s degree in economics
• 3+ years in accounting/administration, preferably in a manufacturing plant
• IT Tools (Microsoft Office -most importantly Excel-, SAP as preferable)
• Effective communication and good organizational skills
• Team Player
• Proactivity
• Teamwork
• Good Communication skills
