Overview

We are looking for a full-time Finance professional to join Beontag and be part of a global company that values learning and cultural exchange. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, gaining exposure across departments and organizational levels. You will be responsible for managing administrative activities, specifically overseeing accounts payable. You will also contribute to Group reporting, helping implement the necessary processes to support accurate and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Record purchase invoices
  • Support import customs clearance activities
  • Review bank transactions and prepare related reports
  • Record and reconcile credit card transactions
  • Prepare accounting journal entriesReview and manage administrative and accounting documentation
  • Process employee expense reports
  • Prepare periodic and annual tax filings (Intrastat, VAT settlement communications, VAT returns, etc.)
  • Manage periodic F24 tax payments and record related accounting entries
  • Record payroll journal entries
  • Prepare monthly reporting on payables, receivables, intercompany transactions, and related accounts

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related fields
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar role (preferably gained within industrial companies)
  • Excellent knowledge of general accounting
  • Basic knowledge of national tax regulations
  • Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Good command of the English language
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability
  • Strong problem‑solving skills

Location

This role will be based at our plant in Bologna, Castel Maggiore.
