About The Job We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join a leading services company operating within the industrial sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the accurate preparation of financial records and reports. Responsibilities

Drive monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closing processes Manage budget and forecast activities Book accruals and perform intercompany account reconciliations for the month‑end closing Prepare and maintain financial reports Lease with external auditors Provide support for other administrative tasks as requested Ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting data and transactions Partner with internal departments to gather and validate financial information required for accounting and reporting activities Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within the finance function Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of accounting and administrative processes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field 4–5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance‑related roles, ideally in financial reporting and monthly closing Strong knowledge of general accounting principles Proficiency in the use of SAP (mandatory) Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g. Board) Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem‑solving abilities Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Team‑oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluency in English (B2 level or equivalent) is required

Other Information Supervisory Responsibility: Not applicable. Work Environment: This job operates in both an office environment and a manufacturing environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers and phones. The individual will be required to adhere to safety policies and procedures on the manufacturing floor. Physical Demand: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work: This is a full‑time position, Monday through Friday 8am to 5.30pm, with additional hours as business needs necessitate. Hybrid working model with up to 2 remote working days per week. Travel: Occasional overseas and domestic travel may be required to support the rapid growth of the company.
