Accounting Support


Main responsibilities:

  • Issuing and managing outgoing invoices for Italy and abroad.
  • Managing electronic invoicing (B2B/B2C) and related compliance requirements.
  • Checking the formal and fiscal accuracy of sales documents.
  • Supporting the management of IVA and tax obligations related to the active cycle.
  • Collaborating with the sales department and other company departments for operational management and to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Managing and archiving accounting documentation in compliance with company procedures
  • Providing support for the administrative activities of the office.


Requirements:

  • High school Diploma in Economics and Administration.
  • At least one year of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the accounts receivable area, either in a company or a professional accounting firm.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and general accounting, IVA regulations, and main tax compliance requirements.
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite.
  • Good written and spoken English (level B1).
  • Precision, reliability, ability to work in a team, and good organizational skills.


Our offer:

  • Open ended contract or initial fixed-term contract will be evaluated based on the candidate's profile.
  • Salary between € 26.000 and € 32.000.
