Some of the essentials for you to know are:**Location:** You will be based at our office of Zola Predosa (BO).**Reporting into****:** Account Payable Specialist**Role purpose**:The candidate will assist the Accounts Payable Specialist and provide support in managing the parent company's general accounting. **Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:*** Recording the parent company's supplier invoices;* Support in managing the administrative tasks of general ledger entries;* Maintaining the supplier information database and supplier invoice approval process;* Supporting the General Ledger and any other accounting entry (i.e.: Intercompany Reconciliation, Fixed Assets, IAS1, etc..);* Support in managing quarterly and annual closing balances and support in balance sheet reconciliation;* Proper recording of product movement from NAP's warehouse and verification that accounts and accounting documents correspond;* Support in preparing and filling out the Intrastat declaration on goods and services purchased; and any other business according to the role. **The type of person we are looking for:** The ideal candidate has a diploma in accounting or a university degree in economics.
