Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Payment Record Management : Maintain accurate and timely records of daily payments and ensure proper documentation and updates to the payment ledger.
• Accounts Payable Reconciliation : Conduct regular reconciliations with suppliers, ensuring consistency of invoices, contracts, and delivery notes.
• Payment Approval Process : Submit payment requests in accordance with company procedures and follow up on approval progress to ensure timely and compliant payments.
• SAP Accounting Entries : Record accounts payable transactions in SAP, ensuring accurate and compliant bookkeeping.
• Confirmation Letter Management : Prepare and send confirmation letters for external audits or supplier requests to support audit processes.
• Supplier Management : Register and update supplier information, ensuring data accuracy; assist in resolving supplier payment related issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance roles;
• Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems for financial processing.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and office software, with basic data analysis capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Italian; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and equipped with strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure.
• Capable of independently managing day-to-day tasks with effective time management skills.
