For a company leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work in Europe, we are looking for an Active Marketing Chef to join the team in Utrecht, Netherlands.
Responsibilities
Oversee the entire sales process, from identifying potential prospects to building long-term partnerships through effective networking.
Create detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information through the company’s CRM system.
Product mapping and building the sales pipeline
Promoting, selling, and driving product adoption
Requirements
Experience in the HoReCa sector or in a sales role will be considered a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
Proven organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Excellent proficiency in English and Dutch.
Willingness to travel to maintain a strong market presence

On-site field coaching
Compensation package: 40.000€ gross annual salary + 40% MBO bonus.
Travel expense reimbursement
Before starting the activity a 2-week introductory techcnical training will be provived by the hiring company at their French subsidiary in Paris or at their HQ in Padova, Italy fully covered by the hiring company
