What You'll Take Charge Of

• Creation, management, and optimization of programmatic deals (PMP and Programmatic Guaranteed)
• Identification of the optimal deal configuration in SSPs based on the requirements of received briefs (targeting, KPIs, formats, duration, etc.)
• Support to the Sales team in the post-sale phase for troubleshooting activities with agencies, direct clients, and trading desks
• Monitoring of deal performance and optimization proposals both to maximize delivery and to achieve KPIs
• Control and management of direct campaigns from brief to final reporting
• Creation of campaign screenshots/proofs
• Creation of end-of-campaign and mid-campaign reports
• Management of performance campaigns: CPC, CPL, CPS
• Planning of Display, Native, Social, DEM campaigns and Retargeting activities
• Uploading of assets, tracking implementation, and creation of HTML DEM kits
• Creation of conversion pixels and tracking tests
• Daily measurement of data to optimize KPIs requested by the client (e.g. CTR, lead rate, conversion rate)
• Reporting and invoicing of performance campaigns

What We're Looking For

• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of the programmatic landscape and PMP/PG sales logic is a plus
• Familiarity with SSP platforms (Google Ad Manager, Xandr, Smart Ad Server / Equativ) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
