Adops & In-Store Operations Campaign Manager F/M

Responsibilities

Support the internal sales team with pre‑campaign analysis, validating technical feasibility, inventory availability, and developing optimal campaign strategy.

Accurately traffic campaigns sold and booked by the internal sales team, ensuring rigorous setup within the ad server.

Assist the sales team with execution, pacing, and basic optimization of campaigns to meet performance targets.

Compile comprehensive reporting and conduct post‑campaign analysis to summarize performance, extract key learnings, and provide actionable insights.

Provide strategic and operational support to the commercial team for the management and development of the national in‑store network (rollout, expansion, partner retention).

Collaborate with the sales team to define and develop commercial offers and participate in sales budget planning and forecasting.

Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders during onboarding and activation of in‑store services, and coordinate vendors for technical material and consumables.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of experience in digital advertising and campaign management.

Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

Proven analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills with strong attention to detail.

Eagerness to learn about publisher, ad‑tech, or agency ad‑serving systems and in‑store operational dynamics.

Fluency in spoken and written English; mastery of Italian is required.

Ability to work in an innovative, fast‑moving environment.
