• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, communication, or related fields and relevant experience
• 5+ years experience in change management and technology adoption
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus

Position Summary

You will be part of the Adoption and Change Team, which drives technology adoption, enables new ways of working, and empowers individuals and teams. Your role involves bridging the gap between technology and employees, working with modern workplace solutions such as Microsoft 365, Viva Insights, Workplace from META, SAP, Mural, etc.

You will assess the impact of new technologies on employees and develop change management strategies to facilitate adoption and reduce disruption. You will also work on evolving the team’s products, including:

• Change Management Framework: standards, templates, and governance for change management at Nestlé
• Creating a Day in the Life of a Senior Adoption & Change Specialist
• Collaborating with IT Product Teams to define change cases and assess user impact
• Facilitating stakeholder mapping workshops to identify impacted groups
• Developing strategies for IT product adoption
• Creating and executing communication plans for enterprise IT rollouts
• Partnering with IT teams to set adoption targets and measure success
• Enabling employees to adopt efficient workflows and maximize technology use
• Coordinating with regional managers and market teams for feedback and delivery

What will make you successful?

• Excellent English communication skills (writing and explaining)
• PROSCI or CCMP Certification
• Experience in data analytics for measuring adoption
• Skills in content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Experience working in a global, virtual environment
• Effective communication across organizational levels
• Results-oriented, innovative, and proactive attitude
• Adaptable, flexible, and user-centric approach
