We aim to deliver tangible results in changing and complex contexts. Our methodology is operationally responsible; innovative analysis is meaningless without pragmatic implementation. We strive to create lasting results for our clients, often putting our skin in the game — we win when our clients win.
The Role
We are seeking to recruit a high-performing Manager into our Strategy& Aerospace and Defence Practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to join our growing team in Italy and connect with a global network of 4,500 strategy consultants within a larger PwC network of over 370,000 employees.

Working with leading international and Italian players in the industry, you will be able to lead impactful projects with some of the sector’s most influential companies.

You will work with senior stakeholders to challenge, design, and deploy comprehensive aerospace and defence programs. You will use your leadership and emotional intelligence to grow, inspire, mentor others, build strong client relationships, and become a respected expert within the firm.
This is a rare opportunity to shape this global initiative at a national level, leveraging our world-class EMEA capabilities, which have seen some of the most significant engagements in the last decade.
