The Role
We’re looking for an Advocacy Expert to join our team and help us design and run high-impact campaigns at the intersection of politics, media, and civic engagement.
This is a hybrid role combining public affairs, campaigning, and digital advocacy. You’ll be working directly with clients, partners, and communities to shape strategies that influence public debate and institutional decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client projects with a focus on advocacy, public affairs, and civic mobilization
- Design and implement campaigns—both online and offline—that drive visibility and engagement
- Craft data-informed narratives and policy messaging tailored to different stakeholders
- Build and manage coalitions: from grassroots groups to institutional stakeholders
- Engage stakeholders to amplify the impact of your campaigns
- Develop and nurture relationships with institutions, advocacy groups, and civil society actors
Who we are looking for
You’re a strong candidate if you have:
- 4–5 years of experience in advocacy, campaigning, or public affairs , ideally with NGOs, associations, or political environments
- A deep knowledge and passion for social media —you know how to use it strategically, not just tactically
- Experience in at least one electoral campaign , as a candidate, team member, or advisor
- Familiarity with data analysis and a quantitative approach to understanding and solving advocacy challenges
- A strategic mind, paired with creativity and a hands-on attitude
- Excellent written and spoken English
- An entrepreneurial spirit—you're motivated by autonomy and eager to help shape a fast-growing organization
What we offer
- A permanent contract (contratto a tempo indeterminato)
- Annual gross salary of approximately €35.000,00 adjusted based on your experience
