System Quality
for our Venegono Superiore office.
Responsibilities
Monitor training activities provided by the Organizational Unit, verifying their compliance with current regulations and company procedures;
Collaborate in the elaboration and implementation of corrective actions aimed at preventing the recurrence of non-conformities identified by auditing activities;
Update and control procedures and documents inherent to the U.O.'s quality system in compliance with applicable regulations and required standards;
Monitor end‑of‑course feedback and identify improvement opportunities based on attendees' comments;
Collaborate with the Training Quality Manager and the Training School Administration in planning activities to maintain the currency of personnel holding qualifications subject to expiry;
Participate in the preparation of internal and external audits, providing contributions within their competence;
Provide the Audit Team with the requested support within their competences;
Support the processes of obtaining, issuing, and maintaining authorizations, certifications, and qualifications for the Instructor, Examiner, Assessor, Ground Crew and Aircrew personnel of the U.O.
Education High school diploma.
Seniority Junior
Technical knowledge and skills
General knowledge of aeronautical regulations;
General knowledge of quality management system regulations.
Behavioral skills
Ability to work in a team;
Organizational and coordination skills;
Problem solving and results orientation;
Flexibility;
Language skills
Basic knowledge of English language, B1 level.
Computer skills
Good knowledge of the Office package.
