Aerospace Training and Simulation - E-learning Developer

TXT E-Tech, part of TXT Group, is looking for Simulation Developers with 4 years of experience in digital training content development, SCORM modules, and multimedia production. The ideal candidates should have a strong aptitude for teamwork, experience in similar activities, and familiarity with the multimedia/training domain.
Main activities
- Learning Object (LO) Development: Creation of Learning Objects for the production of a Computer Based Training (CBT) compliant with SCORM standards (1.2 and 2004).
- Technology and Navigation: LOs will be developed in HTML5 with a responsive design approach, including the navigation interface.
- Storyboard Analysis: Interpretation of Storyboards (STB) to technically translate learning objectives into interactive flows.
- Multimedia Production: Creation and optimization of 2D/3D assets and management of video workflows (screen capturing and editing) for integration into the LOs.
- Audio/Video Post-Production: Digitization of audio content (voice-over recording, track cleaning) and addition of subtitles.
Required technical skills
CBT Development & Authoring Tools
- Development of SCORM-compliant CBTs (Adobe Captivate 7 or later).
Video & Multimedia
- Video capturing and editing (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere).
- Video post-production (Adobe After Effects).
- Audio editing, subtitling, and synchronization.
Graphics & 3D Modeling
- Production of 2D multimedia content (Adobe Creative Cloud 6.3 or later).
- 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering (Autodesk Maya / 3ds Max).
Educational background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant technical fields.
