ABOUT THE ROLE


We are looking for an Affiliated Program Manager (Accessories) to define and deploy a standardized governance and operating model that accelerates the availability of accessories supplied by affiliated and external partners.


The role focuses on expanding the Stellantis accessories portfolio beyond the Direct Equipment range , by integrating best‑in‑class external suppliers through structured sourcing, validation and distribution models — while ensuring compliance, quality and customer relevance.

You will work at the intersection of purchasing, product, quality, finance and commercial teams , turning partnerships into scalable and profitable programs.



WHAT YOU WILL DO


In this role, you will:


  • Define and deploy a standard governance and operating model for affiliated accessories, reducing time‑to‑market while ensuring compliance and reliability.
  • Establish clear supplier, product and sourcing rules , including:
  • supplier and product selection criteria to ensure best‑in‑class offerings,
  • validation and testing processes (including supplier certifications where applicable),
  • distribution models (OE stock vs direct‑from‑supplier).
  • Design and launch pilot projects with selected suppliers, products and markets to validate the operating model before scale‑up.
  • Define program enablers (processes, tools, ICT needs) and build solid business cases , including revenue and margin impact.
  • Ensure strong cross‑functional alignment , working closely with Purchasing, Quality, Legal, ICT, Finance, Engineering and Commercial Programs teams.



WHO YOU ARE


You are a structured and collaborative professional with a strong business mindset and experience managing partner‑based models. You bring:


  • 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Development, Marketing or Program Management, preferably in aftermarket or accessories environments.
  • Experience in process definition and governance models applied to portfolio extension.
  • Exposure to supplier‑based or partner‑driven ecosystems (e.g. IAM, DFS or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in managing pilot projects and supporting adoption and scale‑up .
  • Ability to build robust business cases (incremental revenues, costs, deployment enablers).
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in a matrix organization .
  • Fluent English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools .
