Zimmer Biomet in Italy is seeking an After Sales Customer Service Specialist to be the central contact for service-related activities. You will manage inquiries via email, phone and internal channels, enter data into the CRM, and coordinate repairs, quotations and loan devices to support customers during repairs.
You will work with Technical Support and Field Service to resolve issues, process orders, track returns, and maintain detailed customer records.
