Professional Solutions, an Adecco Group company, is looking for two highly qualified and motivated professionals to join our client's team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the automotive industry and contribute to the success of a leading company.
After-Sales Technical Support – Automotive (German)
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the quality and service standards of the technical support team in claims processing.
Activities:
- Management and analysis of technical support tickets (1-2st level help desk).
- Support in the implementation of practices to improve the operational efficiency of processes.
- Review of warranty claims.
- Ongoing interface with dealers in the field and remotely.
- Creation and review of monthly reports.
- Creation and management of team performance and process reports.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the automotive/motorcycle industry.
-Mandatory knowledge of German language and English.
- Knowledge of automotive components (related to engine; injections; electrical components).
- Knowledge of technical documentation.
