To support our continued growth and expansion in the Italian market, we are looking for a customer-oriented and highly organised Aftersales Customer Support Specialist to strengthen our service operations across Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all incoming aftersales enquiries related to service, maintenance, repairs, and spare parts
- Plan and schedule service technicians' activities to ensure timely and efficient customer support
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding aftersales requests and service updates
- Prepare reports related to service performance, response times, and customer satisfaction
- Support customer retention initiatives through proactive follow-up
- Ensure a high standard of customer service aligned with XCMG brand expectations
Your profile
- Previous experience in aftersales, customer support, service coordination
- Experience within machinery, construction equipment, material handling is highly preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
- Good English language skills; Chinese language skills is a plus
- Team player with flexibility and willingness to travel when required
This position is based on-site in Livorno, Italy.
