Job Description

Ensure reaching and exceeding all aftersales revenue targets globally. The role involves managing and aligning all regions under unified methodologies and strategies for Aftersales, with a focus on Software and Non-Software needs.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing a global strategy to drive aftersales revenue for Stellantis, focusing on software products and services.
  2. Prioritizing direct revenue growth through aftersales opportunities (e.g., predictive maintenance, residual value, used vehicles).
  3. Ensuring all regions maximize aftersales value with consistent revenue and governance schemes.
  4. Achieving annual global aftersales revenue targets.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 12 years of overall experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with data visualization and analysis.
  • Experience growing new businesses with a startup mentality.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new ideas and understand execution requirements.
  • Ability to understand regional and cultural nuances.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of automotive aftersales business.
  • Expertise in Stellantis’ Parts, Services, and Mopar Business Lines.
  • Managerial and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinking for short and long-term planning.
  • Willingness to solve complex problems with minimal oversight.
  • Strong quantitative skills (modeling, accounting rules, etc.).
