Overview

As Agency Partner Manager for TikTok’s Scaled Growth team, you drive revenue and long‑term agency partnerships with SMBs in the Italian market. You’ll educate agencies, craft scalable sales propositions, and optimize campaigns to demonstrate value across TikTok’s advertising tools. You’ll work cross‑functionally to resolve client issues, share knowledge, and help scale solutions. This role offers a hands‑on opportunity to shape growth strategy in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsabilità

• Experience in account management/client services in digital advertising with proven ability to optimize client success and revenue growth
• Proven experience in marketing, media sales and/or online advertising with direct client management
• Fluency in Italian and English (oral and written)
• Experience working with agencies or in agency partnership-type roles
• Ability to influence buy‑in and manage a client portfolio, tasks, and projects
