- 7+ years of significant work experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in product/project/program management, consulting, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Experience working on artificial intelligence projects is highly appreciated.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract, manipulate, and interpret data to derive business insights and decisions.
- Proven experience in developing original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
- Ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders, including Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Retail, Legal, and Tech.
- Experience in managing projects with tight deadlines and unclear scope.

We are looking for an intellectually curious, self-driven, and ambitious leader to join our newly created Product Management function for Amazon Marketplace in Italy.
As AI Acceleration Category Merchant Manager, Total Consumer Electronics in Amazon Marketplace, you will have the exciting opportunity to build, launch, and drive adoption of new products that will help fuel the growth of Amazon Marketplace in Italy.

Key job responsibilities
- Define the Roadmap for Seller Experience initiatives and create business plans to grow Marketplace business in Italy and Europe, including leveraging Artificial Intelligence capabilities.
- Identify opportunities and develop plans to expand selection based on data analysis and Seller insight, coordinating with business partners in the US, EU, and other marketplaces, finance partners, Retail Category teams, Sales, and Marketing to ensure feasibility.
- Establish the goals and strategy of new features and enhancements for Total Consumer Electronics at the EU level.
- Partner with sales and marketing to develop and execute programs to meet business goals.
- Develop detailed, clear business requirements to guide initiatives and promotions.
- Secure buy-in for initiatives and promotions among internal and external partners.
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among seller and customer experience considerations.
Location: Milan, MI, ITA
- An MBA from a top-tier business school is preferred.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, marketplace businesses, and Artificial Intelligence.
