What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an AI & Data Lead with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the ICT or Cybersecurity sector. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the AI & Data team who is responsible for Ermes data infrastructure and the end-to-end management of internal AI projects, from initial design to production.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitors, supervises, and coordinates the activities of the AI & Data team.
- Identifies the needs of the team.
- Interfaces with external consultants/service providers and participates in events related to cybersecurity/AI.
- Supports the Product and Sales teams in proposing new products/ideas to the market and/or gathering feedback.
- Oversees the entire ML/AI model development lifecycle in production, from data collection to model monitoring.
- Supervises the entire data management cycle, from ingestion pipelines to the implementation/support of business use cases.
- Monitors the performance and costs of various production services.
- Develops and implements ML/AI applications.
- Coordinates activities with other business units.
- Collaborates in defining new product lines, from ideation to sales.
Key requirements include:
- Master's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 3-5+ years of work experience in the field.
- Technical expertise with a focus on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong leadership skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent monitoring, analysis, and coordination abilities.
- Strong critical thinking and synthesis skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Excellent people and project management capabilities.
- Experience with ML/AI frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.).
- Understanding of software engineering processes and Agile methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of the technological and economic landscape of the field.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and data security standards.
- A strong network of contacts within research communities and industry professionals.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
