We are now looking for a passionate and skilled AI Engineer to help us push the limits of what's possible.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy tailor-made AI agents that tackle M&A tasks with the precision of a world-class analyst
• Contribute across the full stack : from researching state-of-the-art models to fine-tuning and deploying them in production
• Collaborate within a dynamic, high-talent team that learns fast and iterates faster – Bring creativity and rigor to solving problems no one has solved before

We look for candidates who combine meticulous precision with a creative, out-of-the-box approach to problem-solving.

Ideally, you've explored topics like AI agent orchestration (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph) and machine or deep learning models — whether through study or personal projects. No specific experience is required if your skills and mindset are strong.

Compensation & Growth

• Salary: €55k-€65k, depending on skills and potential, growing as the company grows

• Based in our Milan office , with one remote day per week and flexibility when needed

Our Selection Process

We keep things lean and thoughtful: up to 3-4 conversations with members of our team, covering your motivations and background, problem-solving exercises, and a few short AI-related coding challenges.
