Reply is a company that specialises in Consulting, Systems Integration and Digital Services with a focus on the conception, design and implementation of solutions based on the new communication channels and digital media. Reply partners with key industrial groups in defining and developing business models made possible by the new technological and communication paradigms such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cloud Computing, Digital Communication, the Internet of Things and Mobile and Social Networking.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Design and build Generative AI pipelines, train and fine‑tune language models, and implement evaluation benchmarks. Deploy and scale solutions on cloud platforms, ensuring code runs smoothly in production. Turn cutting‑edge research into real‑world AI systems.
• Work with Python and modern AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LiteLLM, and Hugging Face Transformers. Use vector databases, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes, and evaluation tools such as Ragas or DeepEval.
• Collaborate with a young, dynamic team of engineers and scientists in a hybrid setup. Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and work in a friendly, informal, and fun office environment that values creativity and continuous learning.

WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE...

• Academic background: degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related quantitative fields. Strong foundation in programming, especially Python.
• Python programming skills and experience with software engineering best practices. Hands‑on knowledge of Generative AI frameworks, LLM training and fine‑tuning, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and evaluation or benchmarking of AI models.
• Nice to have: contributions to open‑source AI projects or a public portfolio, experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), expertise in small, high‑performance models, and skills in optimizing inference latency and costs. Familiarity with Claude Code is also welcome.
• Soft skills: curiosity, proactivity, continuous learning, strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, clear communication in English and attention to detail.
