AI Program Manager
to join our Strategy & Innovation Team and lead the development of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.

Your Role As AI Program Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and driving the company’s AI strategy, acting as both a technical leader and innovation enabler.
Main Responsibilities Lead and mentor the internal AI team Design and deliver AI training programs for both technical and non-technical teams Develop AI pilots and Proofs of Concept, including LLM- and RAG-based solutions Support business development activities by evaluating AI-related opportunities Promote AI adoption across internal processes and customer projects Collaborate directly with executive leadership on AI strategy and innovation initiatives
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields At least 3 years of experience managing AI teams and complex AI projects Proven hands-on experience in AI/ML development and deployment Strong knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG architectures Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Fluent English
Nice to Have Experience in aerospace, defense, or other high-tech industries
