At ESYEN, we are looking for an AI Program Manager to join our Strategy & Innovation Team and lead the development of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.

Your Role

As AI Program Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and driving the company’s AI strategy, acting as both a technical leader and innovation enabler.


Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the internal AI team
  • Design and deliver AI training programs for both technical and non-technical teams
  • Develop AI pilots and Proofs of Concept, including LLM- and RAG-based solutions
  • Support business development activities by evaluating AI-related opportunities
  • Promote AI adoption across internal processes and customer projects
  • Collaborate directly with executive leadership on AI strategy and innovation initiatives


What We Are Looking For


Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience managing AI teams and complex AI projects
  • Proven hands-on experience in AI/ML development and deployment
  • Strong knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG architectures
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Fluent English


Nice to Have

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or other high-tech industries
