We are seeking a detail-oriented and analyt ical AI Tr ainer to support the development, training, and improvement of artificial intelligence models. The role involves creating, reviewing, and evaluating data such as text, questions & answers, prompts, and model outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and quality aligned with project guidelines.
Create, curate, and annotate high-quality training data for AI/LLM models
Follow project-specific quality standards, formatting rules, and timelines
Perform quality checks and revisions based on QA/client feedback
Maintain confidentiality and data security throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with QA teams, reviewers, and project managers as required
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Education, Engineering, Science, Humanities, or related domains)
Ability to follow detailed instructions and structured formatsBasic understanding of AI, machine learning, or large language models (preferred, not mandatory)
Experience in data annotation, content creation, QA, or training roles
Familiarity with AI tools, annotation platforms, or content management systems
Math, Science, Coding, Language, Finance, etc.)
