General description
The resource will join the strategic Alliances & Partnerships function with the objective of building, activating, and scaling strategic partnerships to support CRIF’s growth.
The role contributes to expanding routes-to-market, strengthening the solution portfolio, and enabling joint innovation initiatives with technology and commercial partners.
In line with CRIF global alliance strategy, the position may be based in key geographies (e.g., DACH, Asia) or in cost-efficient locations (e.g., Poland, Czech Republic, SEE).
The role will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Compliance), managing multiple workstreams in parallel.
Key responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying, researching, and qualifying high-potential partners aligned with CRIF strategy (verticals, offerings, geographies)
- Conducting structured assessments (strategic fit, value proposition, commercial potential, operational feasibility, risks)
- Mapping ecosystems and key stakeholders (alliance leaders, product owners, decision-makers, influencers)
- Supporting negotiation activities (with Legal and Compliance) on commercial and operational aspects such as scope, economics, SLAs, responsibilities, and performance expectations
- Setting up partnership governance models (cadence, reporting, joint roadmap planning)
- Orchestrating joint go-to-market initiatives (co-selling, co-marketing, campaigns, webinars, events)
- Developing partner-facing materials (presentations, one-pagers, use cases, commercial messaging)
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Alliances, Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel roles within software/technology companies
- or equivalent experience in B2B marketing/commercial roles with a proven ability to drive growth initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and multiple parallel workstreams
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with a strong results orientation
- Good understanding of B2B go-to-market dynamics (value proposition, funnel, pricing logic, commercial frameworks)
- Hands-on experience with CRM and productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Suite)

- Exposure to sectors such as credit & risk, business information, fintech, banking, insurance, utilities, telco
- Experience in co-marketing and demand generation (content, webinars, events, partner enablement)
- International experience in multi-country or multi-BU environments
- Familiarity with data and compliance topics (privacy, data sharing, security principles)
