Technical Profile & Skills The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with a solid foundation in Oracle Database management, eager to develop their skills within a structured enterprise environment. They understand the core architectures and are ready to take on daily operational challenges.

Mandatory skills

Oracle RDBMS:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of versions 12c, 18c, 19c (user management, tablespace administration, basic troubleshooting).

Architecture Awareness:

Understanding of

Oracle GRID, RAC, and ASM

concepts, including basic monitoring and health checks.

Backup & Recovery:

Familiarity with

RMAN

principles and standard backup/restore procedures.

Data Guard:

Knowledge of Disaster Recovery concepts and log shipping monitoring.

Linux/Unix:

Ability to navigate the file system, manage files, and analyze system logs.

Optional skills

Familiarity (very appreciated) with other database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MsSql).

Basic scripting skills (Bash or Python) for task automation.

Place of work:

Milano, Bergamo, or Modena.

Employment type:

Full-time profile.

Compensation:

Salary and related benefits will be assessed during the interview and are commensurate with the candidate's actual skills. A contract (CCNL of Commerce) with long visibility is proposed.
