Adecco Italia S.p.A. – Divisione Consultant is recruiting for an automotive industry leader for the role of Sap Application Specialist in the IT area, responsible for the enterprise application system. The selected candidate will manage, maintain, and develop the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition ecosystem and integrated applications, ensuring operational continuity, application service quality, and process improvement. The role involves coordinating the ERP Helpdesk, handling incidents and modification requests, supervising AMS providers, and leading end‑to‑end application projects. Additional tasks include defining the application roadmap, evaluating new software solutions aligned with the existing architecture, and supporting change through user training. The ideal candidate has solid experience with SAP S/4HANA (Cloud or On‑Premise), in-depth knowledge of core modules (MM, SD, PP, FI, CO), customization or ABAP skills, the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, and familiarity with ITIL or Application Management Services methodologies.
