La posizione è aperta all’interno del team di Gruppo AXA Italia.# Job Description**Nobis Assicurazioni** and **Nobis Vita**, part of the AXA Italia Group since 2025, offer products designed to meet customer needs in terms of protection, with H24 services, savings, and investments. They operate in the territory supported by a network of 600 insurance intermediaries in addition to specialized channels for the distribution of tourism and automotive policies.We are looking for a**Software Developer Analyst .NET**for our Agrate Brianza (MB) office.The selected candidate will be part of the Application Development & Delivery team, responsible for technical analysis, development, maintenance, and evolutionary/corrective support of Danni applications developed in a Microsoft stack (.NET) with SQL Server databases, integrated with internal/external systems (services, batch, API).The role involves coordination with Business Analysts/Key Users and IT functions (Operations, Security, Data) to ensure quality, service continuity, and compliance with company standards (coding, security, change management).**Main activities:*** Development and application maintenance on .NET components (C#), services and backend applications, with persistence on SQL Server.* Technical analysis of functional requirements, impact estimation, solution definition, and management of application dependencies.* Management of defects and application incidents (root cause analysis, fixes, verification, and release).* Writing/optimizing queries, stored procedures, indexes, and performance controls on SQL Server.* Collaboration on integrations (REST/SOAP, message-based if present), traces, and interfaces to core/CRM/document management systems.* Support for releases (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod), versioning management, preparation of technical documentation and handover.* Adoption of quality practices: code review, testing, application logging/monitoring, configuration management.**Required skills:*** Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering* 3–6 years of experience in enterprise .NET development* Experience in development with C# / .NET, Web API, Windows services, or equivalent backend applications* SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, tuning)* Exception management, logging, and application monitoring* Concurrency, transactions, and data consistency* Testing (unit test/integration test) and code review* Experience in the Insurance, Financial Services, System Integrator on enterprise clients is a plus* Good knowledge of the English language* Problem solving and analytical approach and ability to work in a team.Working mode: hybrid.Contract type: permanent.**Our Purpose**: We act for the progress of humanity, protecting what matters**Inclusion & Diversity & Wellbeing**AXA has been at the forefront for years in promoting an inclusive culture and valuing all employees.
