Job Summary
The client is seeking a skilled Analog RFIC Design Engineer to join their international R&D team in Milan. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing analog and RF integrated circuits for optical and high-frequency communication systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-performance analog and RFIC blocks (e.g., TIAs, drivers, amplifiers).
- Analyze system requirements and define circuit-level specifications in collaboration with system engineers.
- Conduct schematic design, simulation, and layout support through to physical implementation.
- Evaluate trade-offs between performance, area, and power for different circuit solutions.
- Support lab validation and silicon debugging of prototypes.
- Share design practices and technical insights with the global team.
