Coordinate and manage the submission of due diligence requests to external consultants for supplier and third-party screenings across the Group.
Review and analyse corporate intelligence and due diligence reports related to suppliers to assess risk exposure and determine whether to initiate, maintain, or discontinue business relationships, in alignment with the Third Party Due Diligence Policy and relevant Standard Operating Procedures.
Evaluate supplier risk assessments and identify when additional due diligence steps are required based on the supplier’s risk profile.
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day activities within the Supplier Third Party Due Diligence Program to ensure timely and accurate completion of initial and periodic due diligence screenings.
Maintain accurate, complete, and auditable documentation of all due diligence activities in designated systems, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory standards.
Support the definition and implementation of corrective actions and risk mitigation plans in collaboration with management, procurement teams, and other relevant departments.

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
~1–2 years of relevant experience in Supplier or Third Party Due Diligence, Compliance, Internal Audit, or related functions.
~ Experience conducting ethical, reputational, and integrity screenings of suppliers or business partners.
~ Solid understanding of anti-bribery/anti-corruption regulations, third-party risk management principles, and elements of effective corporate compliance programs.
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
