For a market-leading client based in Reggio Emilia, we are seeking a ANAPLAN IT BUSINESS ANALYST/PROJECT MANAGER .

The selected candidate will join the Business Application team within the ICT department of the parent company and will be responsible for:

1. Analyzing business planning processes and new requirements;
2. Designing, evolving, and improving planning processes;
3. Sharing development proposals with executives and ICT functional analysts;
4. Implementing solutions in Anaplan, including data models, dashboards, and reports;
5. Configuring integration tools between Anaplan and other business systems;
6. Coordinating external consultants supporting analysis and implementation activities;
7. Training and supporting key business users;
8. Designing and developing planning processes on the Anaplan platform.

Required Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in Anaplan modeling, with at least one independent project outside of training platforms;
• Degree in management engineering, computer science, or equivalent;
• Certifications in Anaplan are a plus;
• Good written and spoken English skills;
• Willingness to travel to group’s international locations;
